Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order becomes a confirmed sale only after tarte accepts it and hands the goods to our carrier. We retain the right to cap the quantity of any product sold per customer or household and to reject orders that exceed those limits. If you need to cancel, reach out before shipment; once your tracking number is issued, the order can no longer be stopped.

Pricing and Errors

tarte strives for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. If we discover that an item was listed at an incorrect price after you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel that order, even once it has been confirmed and charged, and to refund you in USD. You will always be notified before any corrected charge is applied.

About Credit / Debit Card

We accept the world's most widely used credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover, all settled in USD. Payment is captured when you submit your order, and by doing so you warrant that the funds are legitimately yours to spend. For your protection, transactions may be screened for fraud before fulfillment begins.

The trademarks, service marks, and trade dress appearing on mallava.shop are valuable assets of tarte and its partners. Third-party names or logos that may appear remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.
